I'm in Wisconsin, so I've only been able to take it out a couple of times - summer is leaving us. I really like is so far. I do wish I lived directly on a lake, however, so that I wouldn't have to make multiple trips to and from my car to the water.
I've used the board 3 times now. I like it. Small cons include: it is a little heavy when put together (manageable), the center handle is a bit slippery, it tracks decently but I think with 2 thrusters fins added it might improve, 220 lb limit is a little low I'd prefer 250, it's made of hard plastic but it seems like it could be delicate, I wish it had the cargo straps in the back as well, breaking into 3 pieces is a pro and a con as it makes it lighter but you have to make 3 trips, I worry that the fasteners might eventually break, I feel it's overpriced by 15%. All that being said, I do like it and I'm already starting to prefer it over my Isup. I love the small built-in ice chest, I love the built in cup holder, I love the 3 molded handles (2 in front and 1 in back), easy to assemble, I like the different color options, looks great, and overall it's a good ride. I'd recommend it.
I love that this board is easy and quick to put together/take apart. Handled great on the water. Don't love the fin design, it's supposed to be able to be down, or up and tucked away. It won't stay up and tucked away. The handle needs better design, it's smooth and straight, nothing to grip with wet hands. The swing latches kind of flop around when pieces are apart, it tore a gouge in the soft layer on top of board. :(
Overall I am happy with my easy eddy paddle board and love that I can fit in inside my minivan and dont need someone to help me strap it to the roof or dont have to inflate it. My biggest complaint is that is it very heavy to carry and for a small person like me (5'2") its very awkward and heavy to carry even with the strap I got. I haven't figured out how to make the strap work so its easier yet. With two people its manageable, but the whole reason I bought the board was to be able to use it independently and not need anyone to help me load it, assemble, etc. I still think its slightly more convenient than a blow up SUP, but for the huge price difference I don't know if its worth it. Assembly is easy but I almost need to carry the board separated to the water (2 trips) and then assemble or its too heavy. It is a little slower/harder to paddle than other boards i've had but feels stable. I like the cup holder, and storage pouch. I got the paddle and have a real hard time taking it back apart into two pieces after use. It feels stuck together. Overall I like it, but don't think it was worth the splurge because it didn't make paddleboarding that much easier for me.
A little difficult for a smaller built woman to assemble without help or something to butt it up against when putting it together. All in all a great board!
